A big Blow for Hip Hop Lovers following The Death of Gwiji Miti
It is a sad day for music lovers following the death of hip hop legend Gwiji. This follows the passing away of gospel artist Kabeberi last week who was laid to rest yesterday in an emotional ceremony at Langata cemetery that was attended by who is who in the gospel music fraternity.
The Ukoo Flani hip hop artist teamed up with Kitu Sewer to give us such hits as Pesa Siasa Wanawake that ruled the airwaves in the 90’s. The lyricist’s conscious music endeared him to many hip hop lovers in the East Africa region.
His facebook page is awash with messages condoling the passage of a true legend.
